Return Process

  Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to choose the specific spice jars or kitchenware items you wish to return.

  Print Return Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label; simply print it out and securely pack your items in their original packaging to prevent breakage.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that all spice seals are intact for a full refund eligibility.

  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
